Looking at this image you see how this senior cat has found her own idea of zen. Weight on the tale but no pain. Relaxation of thought and focus on the subject are some of the things this image extols for me - what about for you?

Sisters - Sibling and Lovers
"Dogs come when they are called; cats take a message and get back to you."
-- Mary Bly
Two Animals, with two different backgrounds who somehow find a way to reside together in the same home under the same owners. We speak of adaptation as humans but why not consider how a cat and a dog must adapt to be living together in a shared space, together under the same roof initially against instincts but eventually an adaptation to accept each other in the family. It is certainly a challenge sometimes but at the very least it is clear that animals can learn just as we can, and they can adapt just as well.

To Reconnect with Nature | Pets Know it's important, do you?
About how we as the people of this world have slowly faded away, in that sense of forgetting the simplicity of nature and of the environment that needs to change for the next generation. The simplicity of doing a few things that make a big difference when seen as examples that others can follow.

Paws not Claws - Not Forgotten
As I look at the time it has been since there has been a recent entry here I realize that it seems the project has fallen by the wayside even if it has not. Really why there is not a constant update to this blog, is simply because it is a process of exploration through experimentation, to understand how best to train a pet to play, as they are expected too.

The Paws Not Claws Project
Well this is a recent renovation to the original paws not claws of hok-international.net which is temporarily in transition but should be back live soon. The objective of Paws Not Claws was a way to explore training techniques and ideas to attend to the ability to play with your animals and the mutual understanding that to play means no claws.
